Solicitors Lincolnshire

My neighbour slipped down and broke her leg badly, leaving her off work for months.

I think she may have a case for compensation, but she needs to consult a solicitor in Lincolnshire to find out.

A lot of people, including my neighbour, worry about using a solicitor. They are put off or intimidated because they think the process is going to be too formal or complicated.

I need to persuade my neighbour that if she finds a solicitor in Lincolnshire, they will make any compensation claim as straightforward as possible. Solicitors are used to dealing with this kind of thing every day. She might even be able to find a solicitor that specialises in this area.

She has lost a lot of money after breaking her leg, because she has been unable to work for a long time. She slipped in the street, through no fault of her own. I feel she should be able to claim compensation, but I might be wrong. She needs to find a solicitor in Lincolnshire to tell her if she has any grounds for a claim.

If she has, the solicitor will be able to take her through the process, and maybe she will be able to recoup some of her lost earnings.

Solicitors Staffordshire

My daughter is considering a career as a solicitor.

I think it is a great idea, but I reckon she should try to get some work experience with a solicitor in Staffordshire to make sure it’s what she really wants to do.

My daughter is in her final year of school and starting to think ahead. It is hard for children to know what they want to do at this age, so she is lucky if she has a career in mind.

If she can choose the right university course now, that will be great.

I think she should spend some time on work experience with a solicitor in Staffordshire. It will give her an insight into the job.

Solicitors work in employment law, writing wills, criminal law, house-buying, compensation claims and many more areas.

I think it will be good for my daughter to see all this work for herself if she is thinking about a career as a solicitor.

I just need to find a solicitor in Staffordshire that is willing to take her in for a bit of work experience. She will be quite happy making the tea and doing a bit of filing, as long as she gets a chance to learn a little bit about the job at the same time.

Solicitors Birmingham

My husband and I are planning to rent out a flat and I think we need the help of a solicitor in Birmingham.

I am guessing we need to draw up a tenancy agreement if we are renting out a property, and I definitely need professional help with this.

I think we need to have what is called a shorthold tenancy agreement drawn up, but I don’t know much more about it.

We need to spell out what rent is required and what restrictions we want to put in place. For example, we are not going to allow pets in the flat. We also need to have an agreement for a deposit.

Renting out our flat should be reasonably straightforward, with the help of a solicitor in Birmingham. Once we have the paperwork drawn up correctly, we shouldn’t need legal advice any more, unless there are any disputes in the future.

I need to look through listings of solicitors in Birmingham. I’m not sure if any solicitor will do, or whether I need to find one that specialises in rental agreements. The only time I have ever needed a solicitor before is for buying property.

We are hoping to rent the flat out for quite a long time, until our children are older and may want to use it.
